Luke serves as the Program Associate for Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Legislative Caucus and the Midwest Radioactive Material Transportation Project. In this role, he assists with a wide range of administrative and legislative tasks that help these programs thrive. Luke comes to CSG with experience working in the Michigan House of Representatives, and the City of Lansing, Michigan as well as private sector experience. Luke earned his Master’s of Public Policy degree and his bachelor’s degree in public policy from Michigan State University.
